Philadelphia teens are looking to be part of the solution to stop gun violence

High schoolers from the Franklin Learning Center will be presenting their ideas to stop gun violence at Villanova University as part of the “Girls Lead” program by the Women’s Resource Center. NBC10’s Frances Wang reports.
