Philadelphia is working to prevent “nuisance” fires in Kensington with new task force

The Philadelphia Fire Department in Kensington will deploy a truck that will do nightly sweeps to put out small fires due to “an unprecedented rise in the number of rubbish fires.” This task force will stop fires from growing but also connect those who start them with resources.
