Person struck along City Ave. shutting down northbound lanes

Police said a person was struck by a car near City Avenue and Old Lancaster Avenue in Lower Merion. Investigators say the driver did stay at the scene and the person struck was rushed to the hospital. The northbound lanes of City Avenue are shut down for the night.
