Pennsylvania woman explains why she ‘vote swapped' in the presidential election

Vote swapping occurs when a voter in one district agrees to vote for a less-preferred candidate who has a greater chance of winning in the voter’s district in exchange for a voter from another district voting for the candidate the first voter prefers. NBC10’s Lauren Mayk spoke with a Pennsylvania woman who engaged in vote swapping in the presidential election.
