Pa. Family Holding Hope for Russian Adoption

Becky and Steve Petry are in the midst of adopting their second child when the Russian government threatened to halt U.S. adoptions after a Tennessee woman allegedly set her child back to the country alone. Now the Montgomery County family is hoping that case won’t ruin their chance to give another child a good home.
