Pa. State Police warn drivers after impersonator tries to pull someone over

Pennsylvania State Police are warning drivers about a police impersonator who attempted to pull over a man in Chester County. It happened along Route 1 and started as a tailgate situation before the fake officer turned on a siren and red and blue lights.
