Pa. lottery sales paused Tuesday due to a system upgrade, but that did not stop people

Lottery website upgrades led to a halt in Pa. sales on Tuesday, but that did not stop people from trying to get a winning ticket. Some went to New Jersey in hopes to get a ticket, and others waited the upgrades out. NBC10’s Johnny Archer spoke with locals trying their luck.
