Rep. Chrissy Houlahan (D) is the winner of the 2022 midterm election in Pennsylvania's 6th Congressional District, NBC News projects.
Houlahan, who has represented the 6th District since 2019, defeated Republican challenger Guy Ciarrocchi to retain her seat.
The 6th District encompasses all of Chester County and parts of Berks County, including the City of Reading.
