Officials Offer Full Occupancy to Seaside Heights Motels if They Cut Down on High School Crowd
In order to deal with an influx of teenagers amid a temporary shortage of seasonal police officers, officials in Seaside Heights, New Jersey, are telling motels they’ll be able to have 100% occupancy if they forego prom and graduation rental season. But as NBC10’s Ted Greenberg shows, many motels can’t afford to do that.
