Officials Investigate Underground Explosion Near 30th Street Station

Philadelphia officials are investigating an underground explosion that happened Saturday afternoon, causing a shutdown of Market Street between 29th Street and 30th Street for hours. Officials say the explosion was caused by an old lead cable that corroded and began smoking.
