Officials Investigate Police Shooting and Drive-By Shooting in North Philadelphia

Police are investigating two separate shootings in North Philadelphia. On Wednesday a police officer was shot in the hand while a man died after being shot by police inside a North Philadelphia home. On Thursday, a drive-by shooting occurred near Temple University Hospital’s emergency room. NBC10’s Brian Sheehan has the details on both incidents.
