Officials announce arrest in deadly mass shooting that took the life of a teen girl

Philadelphia police announced the arrest of a 17-year-old for the murder of a girl who was killed in Fairmount Park in June. Four people were shot during a pop-up party where hundreds were in attendance. Officials connected this shooting to another mass shooting that happened the following month.
