Officer involved in deadly shooting in Kensington suspended with intent to dismiss

The Philadelphia police officer who was captured on video shooting and killing a man in Kensington has been suspended with the intent to dismiss after 30 days. Philadelphia mayor Jim Kenney and police commissioner Danielle Outlaw made the announcement Wednesday.
