Officer identified who shot a dirt bike rider over the weekend at a traffic stop

Police officials have identified the officer who shot a dirt bike rider over the weekend. Officer Paul Moore shot a 31-year-old man after he pulled out a gun at a traffic stop. He is still recovering at the hospital. The officer has been placed on administrative leave as officials investigate the shooting.
