Nurses struck by vehicle while helping shooting victim outside Philadelphia hospital

There is sadness and disbelief outside Philadelphia’s Penn Presbyterian Medical Center after a Jeep struck several nurses as they worked to treat a shooting victim who had just been dropped off at the hospital. NBC10’s Neil Fischer has the latest.
