A cure to those winter blues is planning ahead for summer vacation. Experts and realtors in Delaware say new visitors are already booking weeks at a time. While many start planning summer travel closer to Spring, if you have more specific requests, now may be a good time to start booking especially in large groups. NBC10’s Frances Wang explains.
