A fire broke out at the Beach Marina in Lacey Township, N.J. Thursday morning, investigators said. Five boats were destroyed in the fire and two others were damaged. A fire destroyed five boats and damaged two others early Thursday morning at the Ocean Beach Marina in Lacey Township, NJ.
The boats were in dry-dock storage, according to investigators.
Investigators from the Ocean County Prosecutors office are leading the probe into the cause of the fire.
The marina is equipped with surveillance cameras but it's not clear if they captured any important clues on video.
