New resource center hopes to help people struggling with homelessness, addiction in Kensington

There is now a new resource center in Kensington to help anyone experiencing homelessness or struggling with addiction. NBC10’s Yukare Nakayama was there for the grand opening and has more on what the center hopes to achieve.
