New Montco Program Uses Horses to Help Train Police in De-escalation Tactics

A new program in Montgomery County is using horses to help provide therapy and train local police officers. The horses are used to teach new de-escalation tactics, especially in tense situations. NBC10’s Deanna Durante shows us how the program works.
