New Jersey Officer Accused of Exposing Himself During Traffic Stops

Authorities are accusing a Newton police officer of exposing himself to at least five young men during traffic stops.

Authorities arrested 37-year-old Officer Jason Miller of Hampton after reviewing videotapes which showed the officer's genitals exposed on several occasions.

Authorities say Miller, who has been a police officer since 2001, let the men leave without issuing any tickets even though one had admitted drinking at a bar and another's registration and insurance had expired.

Miller is suspended without pay, charged with official misconduct and lewdness.

His lawyer, Anthony Iacullo, tells the New Jersey Herald his client vehemently denies the allegations.

Authorities are continuing to review videos of other stops that Miller made.
