Neumann University students help Delco law enforcement to investigate crime cases

The Delaware County law enforcement community has a new high-tech crime lab and a crime solving partnership. It’s staff is comprised of Neumann University’s students studying forensic science and cyber-security. NBC10’s Tim Furlong has the details.
