Pop-Up Outdoor Ice Skating Rink Opens on Delco Waterfront

The popularity of outdoor skating is growing in our area – Delaware County now has its own rink. Officials hope the Delco River Rink at Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino & Racetrack will be another boost to the waterfront in Chester, and all of the county.
