Barletta Staking Gov. Candidacy on Pandemic Management

Republican Lou Barletta says he’s running for Pennsylvania governor because of the way outgoing Gov. Tom Wolf has managed the pandemic. In terms of his own pandemic management, Barletta says he doesn’t back vaccine mandates. In addition, Barletta refuses to acknowledge Joe Biden fairly won the 2020 presidential election.
