Austin Davis Will Become Pennsylvania's First Black Lieutenant Governor

Pennsylvania’s newly-elected future lieutenant governor, Austin Davis, joins this Sunday’s edition of NBC10 @Issue to discuss the new administration. Davis served in the state huse representing a district in Allegheny County before running alongside now Governor-Elect Josh Shapiro. Davis and Shapiro will be sworn in on January 17.
