Murder Charges Filed in Casino Kidnapping Case

Body found over weekend officially identified as missing North Jersey man

Atlantic County Prosecutors have charged the couple accused of kidnapping a man from an A.C. casino with his murder.

Craig Arno and Jessica Kisby are sitting behind bars for allegedly carjacking and kidnapping Martin Caballero as he parked his car inside the Trump Taj Mahal's parking garage on May 21.

Caballero, 47, was missing for more than a week when a farmer happened upon a body believed to be his behind a Hamilton Township, N.J. shopping mall Sunday, police say.

The medical examiner officially identified that body to be Caballero on Thursday. Prosecutors say he died of multiple stab wounds.

Arno and Kisby were arrested four days before his body was discovered. Officials allege the couple stole money from Caballero's bank account using his ATM card before torching his car in a Gloucester County parking lot.

On Wednesday, prosecutors brought additional charges against Arno for allegedly robbing a K-Mart in Pleasantville, N.J. at knifepoint three days after Caballero's disappearance.

With the addition of the murder charges, both suspects' bail has been raised to $2 million cash each.
