‘Chaotic' House Fire Causes Panic and Injuries Among Residents

Firefighters were called to what Commissioner Adam Thiel called a “very chaotic” in Philadelphia’s Logan section early Tuesday morning. Twelve people were rushed to the hospital, two of them in critical condition.
