Mother fulfills son's legacy by creating reflective clothing brand for mental health advocacy

A mother is using her son’s life and death to help those facing mental health issues. Alice Ciocco of Chester County recalls the moment her son began to struggle mentally in second grade. Despite help and intervention, he became homeless and for more than a decade the family tried to help him. NBC10’s Deanna Durante highlights how Ciocco is using her experience to help other’s in need.
