Mixed reaction to bike lanes on sidewalks in North Philly

One neighborhood in North Philadelphia is starting a trend of bike lanes added to sidewalks. Many are taking a liking to the idea and believe this style should spread to other parts of the city to ensure safety for bikers. Others have an issue with it however. NBC10’s Aaron Baskerville has the story.
