‘Men Who Care of Germantown' helping students get home safe amid violence in the city

Dozens of new police officers started training today in hopes of getting more police on the streets. Philadelphia police are investigating eight homicides at the moment and while there have been no arrests they say they are working every lead. In the meantime, ‘Men Who Care of Germantown’ are helping students get home safely to help stop the violence. NBC10’s Rosemary Connors has more.
