Man's Fight for Freedom After Commutation Heads to Court

David Sheppard has served 27 years in prison for his role in a Philadelphia robbery that turned deadly. His life sentence was commuted by Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf, but he was then re-arrested Friday by Delaware County authorities. The fight for freedom heads to court Monday.
