Police have ruled out foul play in the deaths of a man and woman whose bodies were found Sunday in a hotel room at Atlantic City's Revel Resort and Casino.
On Sunday, police say a housekeeping employee found the bodies of a man and a woman inside a hotel room on the seventh floor of the resort. The employee contacted Revel Security who immediately called police.
On Tuesday, The Atlantic County Medical Examiner's Office identified the dead as Vincent Iappelli, Jr., 56, of Ridgewood, N.J. and Clarissa DelCollo, 22, of Hasbrook Heights, N.J.
There were no signs of forced entry into the room and neither body had signs of injury, said police Sgt. Monica McMenamin.
The manner of death is pending toxicology. McMenamin said that a variety of illegal narcotics were found in the room.
The couple checked into the room together on Thursday. They were supposed to check out Sunday, according to police.
