Man, woman arrested after attempting to steal $12K worth of Lululemon, leading police on wild chase

A man and woman are facing charges after police say they tried to steal $12,000 worth of clothes from Lululemon in Upper Dublin. Police say the pair led officers on a chase after the heist.
