Man Shot for Cellphone Able to Get Help Despite Bullet Lodged in Neck

A bleeding man was able to run around the corner to get help after he was shot in the mouth, the bullet lodging in his neck, during a cellphone robbery along North 5th Street in Philadelphia’s Olney neighborhood Thursday night. NBC10’s Randy Gyllenhaal reports.
