Man Shot and Killed by Police in West Philadelphia

An investigation is underway after a man was shot and killed by police in West Philadelphia late Monday afternoon. Police said the man was armed with a knife and refused to drop it when ordered by responding officers. A witness claimed he didn’t hear the officers give those commands however. NBC10’s Matt DeLucia has the details.
