Man Shoots Girlfriend with Crossbow, Killing Her: Police

Police say a man in Northeast Philadelphia shot and killed his girlfriend with a crossbow inside their home. The bolt from the bow pierced the woman straight through the chest. Police say they’ve responded to the home before for domestic disputes. NBC10’s Matt DeLucia is live at the scene with the latest.
