Man killed, 2 hurt after construction crane collapses on van in West Philadelphia on Friday

A construction worker has died after falling two stories on a cherry picker. It toppled while he and two others were working on air conditioners for a building in West Philadelphia. NBC10’s Yukare Nakayama has the latest.
