A man is in critical condition after a shooting occurred at an Upper Darby bar.
The incident happened at Rhythms Bar on Long Lane & Fairfield Avenue around 2:40 a.m. Monday morning.
Investigators say that a fight broke out inside the bar before the shooting occurred. Police say that at least 11 shots were fired.
Randy Campbell, 23, suffered gunshot wounds to the face and head. He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where he remains in extremely critical condition.
Police say that Rhythms is a “nuisance” bar and apparently have been trying to shut the establishment down for the past year. Police also say that two shootings have occurred at the bar within the past year and a half.
Investigators have no suspects at this time.
