Man shocked while trying to steal copper wire in Philadelphia

A man is in critical condition after trying to steal copper wires from a transformer box. It happened just after 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday in Bustleton. NBC10’s Matt DeLucia has more on the man’s injuries and the impact this had on the neighborhood.
