Authorities say a 28-year-old Hamilton man has been arrested and charged with the murder of a 38-year-old woman found in a weeded area of a park this month.
Acting Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo Onofri said that Tyron Lindsay was arrested at work Tuesday night.
Prosecutors say Jessica Prusik was strangled and found Oct. 6 in John A. Roebling Memorial Park in Hamilton.
Investigators say Lindsay was found with Prusik's bank cards when he was arrested on Oct. 7 on unrelated warrants.
Lindsay was in jail on $1 million bail and it wasn't immediately clear if he had an attorney to comment on the charges.
