Man Charged in 2017 Crash That Killed Cyclist

In 2017, a garbage truck driver struck and killed a woman while she was riding her bike. Now more than a year later, the driver is charged with homicide by vehicle for allegedly listening to his earbuds and not keeping his eyes on the road prior to the crash.
