Man accused of beheading father says he was ‘trying to perform a citizen's arrest'

Justin Mohn, the man accused of killing his father and holding his decapitated head in a viral YouTube video, claimed he was “trying to perform a citizen’s arrest” when he killed his dad. Mohn spoke with NBC10’s Deanna Durante outside the Bucks County Justice Center following a court hearing on Tuesday, Sept. 10.
