‘Make sure this never happens again': Widow of state trooper suing hookah lounge for serving drunk driver

A lawsuit was filed by the widow of one of the state troopers killed on I-95 in March of 2022. The lawsuit accuses a former hookah lounge, Vibe in Germantown, for over-serving the drunk driver before the deadly crash that killed three people, including two state troopers. NBC10’s Aaron Baskerville details the lawsuit.
