Loved Ones Say Goodbye to Veteran Philly Police Sgt. Who Died of COVID-19

Loved ones and Philadelphia police officers bid farewell on Monday to veteran Philadelphia Police Sergeant Jose Novoa. Novoa died of COVID-19 earlier this month. Another funeral was held Friday for Captain James Walker who died of COVID-19 in April.
