Local ice skaters organize fundraiser for victims of D.C. plane crash

Ice skaters in the region are hosting an event to help those affected by that deadly mid-air collision in Washington, D.C. 67 people lost their lives in that collision; many were children returning from a US figure skating development camp. As NBC10’s Deanna Durante reports, Olympians and up-and-coming skaters are now offering you a chance to see them perform and help the victims of the tragedy.
