Legendary film-maker Ken Burns receives 36th annual Liberty Medal in Philly

Legendary documentary film-maker Ken Burns has received a special Philadelphia honor in Old City. The National Constitution Center delivered its 36th annual Liberty Medal to Burns who has directed and produced some of the most popular historical documentaries.
