Lawsuits filed in 12-year-old girl's death

The family of Malinda Hoagland are filing lawsuits againt the County of Chester, Chester County Children, Youth & Families, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the County of Monroe and others saying more should have been done to prevent the girl’s death.
