Latino population represents majority in Berks Co. city

The Latino community has grown in Pennsylvania over the years. So much so that they represent more than 50% of the population in Reading, Berks Co. NBC10’s Yukare Nakayama explains what caught the attention of many Hispanics to bring them to Reading and the impact it’s had on the state.
