Kids battling cancer sworn in as honorary police officers for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and on Sunday a large crowd gathered at City Hall to raise awareness that just 4% of all cancer funding goes toward pediatric cancer. Philadelphia Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel also swore in kids battling cancer as honorary police officers.
