‘Just speak up.' Family of man killed on I-95 ramp seeking answers months later

Two months after a man was shot and killed on the I-95 ramp to I-476, his family is still searching for answers. Investigators are struggling to find leads in Clinton Martin’s case, who was shot while driving his car. NBC10’s Brian Sheehan spoke with the family.
