Shoregoers in Jersey are waking up to a relatively calm morning, aside from fierce waves and rip currents at the beach. But NBC10’s First Alert Weather Team warms: Don’t be fooled by the calm before the storm. Hermine is churning off the coast, and expected to make a turn toward the Shore, making for serious potential flooding conditions.
